Sukrin’s Peanut Flour is gluten-free, with a low Glycemic Index and low Glycemic Load. It is 50% pure high quality protein, with around 1/4 of the fat of regular peanuts and contains 11% pure fiber. The peanuts are simply roasted, milled, some of the oils extracted, then ground, to produce a fat reduced flour, with the delicious taste of peanuts and packed with protein and nutrients. The flour can be used to make brownies, cookies, bread, pancakes, cakes and truffles or use it as a supplement whizzed into a smoothie. Adding Sukrin Peanut Flour to your cooking, baking and supplements is a delicious way to add protein, nutrients and flavor, and a little goes a long way!
