The flour is gluten-free, particularly rich in fiber and low in carbohydrates containing 50% fiber and 9% carbohydrate. The flour can replace up to 25% of wheat flour in traditional baking recipes with coconut flour, and get a good reduction of calories and carbohydrates while getting a solid fiber supplement.
