This cake mix contains Sukrin alternative sugar instead of sugar, and have in part been replaced with fat-reduced almond flour and resistant starch FiberFin. The result is a delicious low-carb,high-protein and low GI cake with 40% less calories, 75% less carbohydrates and 8% dietary fiber (more than 100% the contents of whole grain bread). The mix bakes a 850 g (1.87 lb) cake and can be spliced up by adding walnuts or chocolate chips for crunchiness.
