Love this

Fiber Syrup is an excellent alternative for Syrup and honey - I use both the clear and the gold. I mix a little mapple flavour in with the gold for pancakes! Yum!

Hello. Thanks for your review:-) For most people, the majority of Fiber Syrup act like fiber in the body, while for some people it appears that a portion of the fiber can cause the blood sugar to rise. We therefore recommend people with diabetes to be careful when using Fiber Syrup, and expect a slight impact on blood sugar levels. The blood sugar rise should be lower than for regular syrup and sugar, but may be higher than what one would expect from a product with this low sugar and high fiber content.

This stuff is magic!

I love the fiber syrup clear. It looks tastes and feels like the sugary syrup I grew up with. But this one is healthy for me! I have baked and cooked with it and it is just wonderful.

This is the second time I have ordered the syrup. I use it to substitute syrup in recipes.
