6 sheets of gelatin
1/4 Cup boiling water
3 eggs
6 Tbsp Sukrin Icing
1 1/4 Cup heavy whipping cream
1 orange, juice and zest

Soak the gelatin sheets for approximately 5 minutes.

Whisk the eggs and the Sukrin Icing together for about 2 minutes. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until it becomes whipped cream. Combine the egg mixture and the whipped cream carefully.

Take the zest from a fresh, organic orange, then cut it into two and squeeze the juice.

Squeeze the water from the gelatin and melt the sheets by pouring the boiling water over them. Combine the gelatin, orange juice and orange zest carefully with the whipped cream mixture.

Pour the product into an appropriate serving container. Place the container(s) in the refrigerator for the mousse to harden. Decorate with zest or orange slices!
